I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for handing my worker's compensation case against my former employer.
Two years ago, I contacted your office, asking for help. When I contacted your office, I have to admit that I was feeling as if I was being bullied by the worker's compensation adjuster.
As you may recall, I was recovering from surgery, which was related to a work. Although I did not think that I was fully recovered, the worker's comp adjuster offered me $1200.00 and told me that she would not authorize any additional treatment. I was in a quandary because I knew that my injury was not resolved, as I could barely walk. The insurance carrier told me that I was released to full duty, without restrictions, per the orders of the doctor that the insurance company referred me to, for surgery.
I have been in the casualty insurance industry for 20 years; however, I was not familiar with worker's compensation claims. So, I reached out to some of my "insurance friends". After explaining my injury, treatment, and my continued complaints of pain, my insurance friends recommended that I contact an attorney. I didn't know any worker compensation attorneys, so I asked my friends for a recommendation, and they referred me to you. Prior to my friends recommending you, I told them that I wanted an attorney that met the following criteria:
Mr. Plufka, I certainly do not mean any disrespect with the criteria mentioned above (especially #3). Your name was recommended highly, amongst my work comp friends who deal with work comp attorneys, every day. My friends went on to further explain that you were a "no-nonsense" attorney, and your work was well respected amongst the work comp adjusters.
Once you got involved, you were able to assist me with having, the much needed, additional surgery, and associated therapies.
In the end, I am very happy with the way that you advocated for me and got me the needed treatment. Lastly, I was VERY PLEASED with my final settlement, as it FAR exceeded the initial $1200.00 offer.
Once again, "Thank you very much". I appreciate the way you handled and resolved my worker's compensation claim. I hope I never need you again, but, it’s good to know that you are a true client advocate if I should ever need representation, again.
I would again like to thank you and Mr. Griffiths and all of your staff for the professional and efficient handling of my case. Couldn’t be happier!
I would really like to thank you for all the effort you put into my case. What you accomplished for me was much more than I had expected. Again, thank you - you are an outstanding attorney!
Your law firm is great. Mr. Griffiths never backed down with the other attorney. Your staff is very helpful and respectable. I would, for sure, contact your office again if I need it!
Thank you again.
I like the fact that the president of the firm asked how I feel. Thank you for your help. Being an ex-investigator I know how much work you had to do. You guys did a good job.
Thank you to everyone in your office for the professional handling of my workers’ compensation claim.
Communication was great.
Satisfied with the outcome!
Mr. Keefe and Staff,
I thank you all for going the distance with my case, keeping me informed, and patiently addressing my questions and concerns. You are true professionals and I would recommend your firm to friends without hesitation.
I had a wonderful experience with your law firm handling my case. I could tell you and Daniel took a personal interest in my case. Every time I called with a question Daniel had an answer for it. My dad was correct in saying you are the most caring lawyer he knows. I hope our friendship will continue for many years.
